The journey from girl to young woman is as exciting as it is daunting. Apart from the obvious hormonal changes taking place, you’re exploring relationships, discovering independence and becoming more aware of how you feel both physically and emotionally.
Between the ages of 25 and 35 many women are making important decisions that will affect the rest of their lives.
